My name is Katrin Helmts and for the past 18 years I have had the privilege to manage luxury yacht interiors all over the world as well as private residences in Toronto and Southern Georgian Bay. My extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique needs of luxury properties, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and utmost care. Focusing on exceptional service based on trustworthiness, dependability and transparency, I am dedicated to bringing the highest standards of luxury yachts to your home.

Staff training with luxury yacht housekeeping standards
to enhance employee skills, ensure a productive work environment and establish appropriate care for all
high end furnishings, materials and surfaces.

Purveying

Provision of home essentials and services to ensure a smooth operation of the residence.

Light and Shadow

"We have had the pleasure of working with Katrin Helmts since 2020.  In her role as House Manager, Kat has gone above and beyond to ensure the smooth operation of our home and other daily needs.  She helped organize two moves (one during covid), hired and managed housekeeping staff, organized and set up a household inventory system, and coordinated with house trades including electricians, plumbers, HVAC, security, landscapers, and pool maintenance.  She also freed up our time by scheduling yearly automobile maintenance, vet appointments, and various household improvements. 

 

Kat sets high standards for herself and those she works with.  She responds quickly to unexpected requests or household emergencies.  This has given us peace of mind knowing that she is there for us and will follow through until any issues are resolved.

 

Kat has also helped us organize numerous special events and provides us with well researched options and prices.  She is truly a trustworthy, hardworking, friendly, problem solver who has made a huge difference in our lives!"
